Closer Control is a brand name operated by Capable Mastery LLC, a California limited liability company (“Capable Mastery,” “Closer Control,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Capable Mastery LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use our websites, software, products, and services offered under the Closer Control brand (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1) Platform Notice (GoHighLevel)

Closer Control is built on and operates using the GoHighLevel platform (“GoHighLevel”). As a result, certain data you provide or process through the Service (including contact records, messaging activity, call logs, and automation data) may be stored, processed, or transmitted through GoHighLevel and its underlying infrastructure. GoHighLevel may also use subprocessors to provide its services.

Capable Mastery LLC configures and manages your Closer Control environment on GoHighLevel; however, GoHighLevel acts as a core platform provider. Your use of the Service may therefore also be subject to GoHighLevel’s applicable terms and privacy practices in addition to this Privacy Policy.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways:

(1) information you provide,
(2) information collected automatically, and
(3) information you upload or process through the Service.

A) Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, account credentials, or authentication details
  • Billing information: billing contact information, subscription details, invoices, and payment status (payment card details are typically processed by our payment processor and not stored directly by us)
  • Support and communications:information you send via email, forms, chat, or phone, including troubleshooting details

B) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, and activity logs
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for essential site functionality, security, and analytics. You may control cookies through your browser settings

C) Information You Upload or Process Through the Service

Because the Service supports CRM and communications workflows, you may upload or generate data that includes personal information, such as:

  • Contact and lead data:names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, notes, tags, lead sources, and other CRM fields
  • Messaging and call activity:Campaign and automation data: message content, call logs, voicemails, delivery status, and related metadata
  • Campaign and automation data: templates, triggers, workflows, and performance results

Important: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect, use, and upload this data, including obtaining all required consents.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users
  • Enable CRM functionality, workflows, automations, and communications features
  • Process subscriptions, billing, and payments

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies
We may send service-related communications (such as account notices, billing updates, or security alerts). If we send marketing communications, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link provided.

4) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, or as you direct.

A) Core Platform and Service Providers

We may share information with third-party providers that support the Service, including:

  • GoHighLevel (core CRM platform provider)
  • Twilio (SMS and voice communications provider)
  • Payment processors (such as Stripe)
  • Support, analytics, and infrastructure providers

These providers are authorized to process information solely to deliver their services and are expected to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

B) Legal and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or lawful requests
  • Enforce our Terms, Privacy Policy, or other agreements
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Capable Mastery LLC, our users, or others
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents

C) Business Transfers

If Capable Mastery LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

D) With Your Direction

We may share information when you instruct us to do so, including enabling third-party integrations.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5) Data Stored on GoHighLevel and Third-Party Systems

Because the Service operates on GoHighLevel, your CRM data and communications workflows may reside within GoHighLevel systems and be subject to their technical, logging, and retention practices.

If GoHighLevel, Twilio, carriers, or other third parties restrict, suspend, or disable your services, access to certain features or data may be impacted. Capable Mastery LLC is not responsible for actions taken by third parties outside our control.

6) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Maintain backups and security logs for limited periods

Retention periods vary by data type. You may request deletion of certain information (see Section 9), subject to legal and operational requirements.

7) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account.

8) Security Incidents and Breach Handling

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate harm, and notify affected users and regulators when required by applicable law.

9) Your Privacy Rights and Choices

  • Commercial information (subscription and billing data)

  • CRM content you upload

Sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Capable Mastery LLC (d/b/a Closer Control) is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any compliance-related information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for determining your legal obligations and consulting qualified counsel.
