Closer Control was founded in October 2024 in San Francisco with a simple idea: to bring clarity and consistency to the fast-moving world of real estate investing.

As active investors, we experienced firsthand how easy it was to lose deals to messy systems, missed follow-ups, and CRMs that didn’t understand how real investing actually works. We decided to build the tool we wished we had — one designed for the pace, precision, and persistence that real estate demands.
